We have been searched for a baking paper for some time and with Grinx 100% natural MultiPaper we finally can offer you an environmentally friendly alternative that does more!

Most single-use bleached or unbleached baking paper (parchment) is coated with a thin layer of silicone to make it heat resistant and non-stick, but Grinx MultiPaper unbleached paper is 100% free of Polyfluoride, Silicone, PFOA-Free Telfon, Dioxins, Furaner, PCBS and mineral oil and is 100% compostable making it the better environmentally friendly option.

As a food wrap, Grinx MultiPaper when moistened will cling and prevent food from drying out. Fatty foods such as cold cuts, cheese and fish will stay fresher for longer as the paper is both breathable and greaseproof.

Suitable for use in the microwave.

As an environmentally friendly alternative to baking paper:  Rip off desired length, lay flat on a baking tray. As Grinx MultiPaper is uncoated, depending on what you are baking you may need to either slightly grease or flour dust to keep food from sticking. Paper is heat proof up to 220° C.

At Suztain, we find when baking goods that already contain fair amounts of grease (i.e. cookies) the paper works without additional grease or flour, but items like bread do. Same can be applied with baking greasy meats versus lean ones.

As an environmentally friendly alternative to plastic wrap or aluminum foil:  Rip off desired length and use your hands to wet the paper slightly to dampen it and make it pliable. Paper will then readily mold and cling to a plate or bowl creating a seal that will allow your food to stay fresher for longer.

At Suztain, we found that using your hands to dampen the paper versus running the paper under a tap (as indicated by the box directions) works better and is more manageable. You can directly use paper on food – i.e. wrap excess raw meat and then place bundled package in a bowl or on a plate and place in the refrigerator until use.

  •          Do not put MultiPaper in the oven when preheating.
  •          Do not use when turning on the grill feature of your oven.
  •          Avoid direct contact with heating coils and hot interior oven walls.
