More info
Elvis & Kresse does it again with this Backpack Lite backpack, which combines used fire hoses with excess leather and old parachutes. Everything is expressed in a beautiful and fashionable backpack, which has the perfect size and weight to use for everyday life. Can also be worn as a handbag.

The backpack has a zip closure at the top as well as 1 single pocket at the outermost, and a large compartment at the bottom, though with a smaller compartment inside, which makes it easier to keep track of the calendar, iPad, wallet, phone etc.

features:

  • Genuine upcycled English leather and fire hose material
  • Lining of recycled parachute fabric, unique to each bag
  • Zipper pocket and open pocket inside
  • Storage bag of recycled parachute silk can also be used as a shopping bag
  • Reinforced bottom of fire hose which is water and dirt repellent and easy to dry.
  • Measures 33 x 30 x 10 cm
Fire & Hide collection:
Elvis & Kresse's commitment to recycling old English fire hoses has not changed with this collection, where both closure and strap are made of this material. In the Fire & Hide collection, however, most of the bag consists of surplus leather. Every year, over 800,000 tonnes of beautiful leather end up in various stitches, just to be thrown out. The idea for the Fire & Hide collection was just formed and based on the desire to minimize leather waste. The Fire & Hide collection offers fashionable bags for the environmentally conscious consumer. You can find more bags from the Fire & Hide collection HERE.

Note: from new, the product may have a rubber smell; the scent fades over time.
