Delivery to parcel store is free for purchases over SEK 399.
Delivery time is approx. 2-3 business days after your order was placed. However, special situations may arise with goods that have been placed in backorder. You will be informed accordingly should this be the case.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given to us in writing at email addresss firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us on +45 59 311 888 or by using the standard cancellation form.
In your cancellation you must confirm clearly that you want to use your right of withdrawal. You cannot regret it simply by refusing to receive the goods without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.
You must send your order without undue delay, and within 14 days after you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase. You must meet the direct costs associated with returning the item. You carry the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods and until we have received it again.
It is a requirement that return goods are returned undamaged in fully saleable condition and in original packaging.
If you do not pick up your order, GLS will return it to Suztain at your cost.
The cost of returning uncollected packages amounts to SEK 100 + VAT. By placing your order, you acknowledge that in such case Suztain is entitled to draw this amount from the credit card used for the order
The following types of goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
1. Products manufactured to the consumer's specifications or given a distinct personal touch.
2. Items that are likely to deteriorate or become obsoleted quickly.
3. Sealed items that are not fit for return because of health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery
You break the seal on items that are not fit for return because of health or hygiene reasons when the seal is broken.
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and manner of operation of the product. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not put it into actual use. This stipulation does not apply to personal care products like creams, deodorants, etc.
If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the trade value of the item.
If you cancel your purchase, you will be refunded the amount you paid us. In the event of any impairment for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted.
If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except any additional costs arising from your choice of another form of delivery, other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at all circumstances within 14 days from the date we received a notice of your decision to cancel this agreement. We will refund your payment with the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the item, unless you have provided documentation for returning it to us again.

The Purchasing Act's deficiency rules may apply to goods purchases.
When you shop in Suztain as a consumer, you have 24 months limited warranty. This means that you can either get the item repaired, replaced, refunded or discounted, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of wear and tear, improper use of the product or other injurious behavior.
You must advise us within a "reasonable time" after you discover a defect of an item. If you notify us within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging to avoid any damage to the item and the original packaging.

We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you and upon your request to keep you updated on our offers and news.
The personal data is registered with Suztain A / S and its partners. Data is stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
As we want to follow-up on your purchase and your buying experience with us we provide your e-mail address to Trustpilot.
You always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is recorded about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act and can always contact email@example.com for further information.
If you would like to complain about your purchase, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If we are unable to find a solution, you can file a complaint with relevant bodies in the area if the conditions are met.
